Bobby currently serves as CEO of the Housing Authority of Shreveport & Bossier City, where he leads an organization serving more than 6,000 families, a portfolio of more than $250 million, and a staff of 125.

Bobby’s work supports housing authorities, commissioners, executive directors, professional associations, and national housing organizations. He holds the MBA, CPM, CME, and CMPO credentials, is a NAHRO Fellow and National Faculty member, and has served as Past President of LANAHRO, President of SWNAHRO, and a member of the NAHRO Board of Governors. He has also served in advisory roles including Chair of the State Legislative & Insurance Advisory Committees and BECT Past Chair, and serves as President-Elect of LAAHP.
